PRIVACY POLICY FOR KAMLEON APPLICATION FOR MINORS
In this message, we want to inform you about the rules we follow when handling your data while using the Kamleon App. This document contains simplified information to make it accessible to minors. If you prefer to read the document written for adults, you can do so by clicking on this link.
We are Jungle Ventures S.L, the company responsible for the Kamleon App. We comply with laws known by the acronyms GDPR and LOPDGDD, which dictate how we should protect and treat personal information. Here, we explain what we will do with your data when you use the application.
In the Kamleon App, you can connect your user profile to devices we call "Devices." These Devices collect urine samples and perform analyses. The results of these analyses are sent to your user profile for you to view.
1. Who is responsible for protecting your personal data?
The person in charge of caring for the information (whom we call the "Controller") depends on who owns the Device:
a) If the Device is yours but belongs to a company and indicates that management falls under Kamleon, the Controller is:

b) When a company registers you as a User and allows you to link your profile to the Device, stating that they will manage the Device, that company becomes responsible for your data.
If, as a User, you have multiple Devices from different companies connected to your profile, each company will be responsible for the data generated by its own Devices. It is important to note that these companies can only view the information from their own Devices and do not have access to data from Devices belonging to other companies.
2. For what purpose and legal basis do we process your data?
If you are a user of the application, it's important to know that the Controller may use your data for the actions indicated here, and the legal bases refer to the regulations that ensure compliance with the law:
Installation of the Application
When you install the application, we will access information from your device necessary for the installation to be successful. For example, we need to know if your phone has sufficient memory or which operating system it uses.
Legal basis: Processing your data for this purpose is done because it is important for the proper functioning of the application and is based on a legitimate interest.
User Registration and Management in the Application
When you register in the application, you need to provide the necessary information. The information you provide during registration will be used to create and manage your profile.
Legal basis: We process your data to manage your registration in the application because it is part of the agreement we have with you (according to Article 6.1.c of the GDPR).
Optional Profile Data
You will notice that the fields requesting height and weight are optional, meaning you don't have to fill them out if you don't want to. These data will be used internally by Kamleon to conduct scientific-technical studies and analyze the type of users using the Device.
Legal basis: The processing of User's personal data will be carried out based on the user's consent provided when providing non-mandatory data.
Device Data
Every time you use a Device, you will see the results of urine analysis in your profile, such as hydration level, electrolytes, and urine volume. These values are calculated with the sample information.We want to offer you and the managers of the Device important information, and it shows you an alert if the values are outside the average.
Legal basis: For processing your data, including physiological data, we need your explicit consent to register and access the Devices.

Application Queries Management
If you contact us with questions or complaints about the application, we will use your data to respond and manage your query or complaint.
Legal basis: We will process your data related to queries or complaints based on your consent, given when asking the question or making the complaint, or, in the case of being related to the service you received, it will be based on the execution of a contract.
Compliance with Legal Obligations
We may use your personal data to comply with legal obligations imposed by the law, including communicating them to competent authorities if necessary.

Commercial Communications
If we have a legal reason to do so, we will use your data to send you information about the application and news or events that may interest you.

Kamleon can process anonymized User data to generate statistics that we will use to improve our services.
3. How long will we keep your personal data?
We will store and process your personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the reasons mentioned in this Privacy Policy, as well as to comply with laws and legal deadlines. We will also keep them to defend ourselves in case of claims; in this case, we will appropriately block the data.
The physiological data collected by the Device and accessible in your profile will be deleted when you unsubscribe from the user profile.
4. To whom can we disclose your personal data?
We will share your personal data with third parties who process them as data processors. In addition, we will communicate your data to competent authorities when there is a legal obligation.
5. International Transfers
We may send your personal information to a country outside the European Economic Area (EEA) if the processing is carried out by data processing service providers. When we send your data, we ensure to protect them using security measures provided by the law.
6. Data origin
The data we collect includes the information you provide when registering and the data we may collect while you use the application. To send invitations to users, we collect the necessary data legally and ensure that it has been obtained in full compliance with the law.
7. Automated data processing
When you use the Device, your data and profile information will be processed automatically to calculate and provide the results of the analysis.
8. What are your rights?
Right to request access to personal data: You can ask if we are processing your data, and if so, access them.
Right to request rectification of your data if they are inaccurate or completion of incomplete data.
Right to request the deletion of your data.
Right to request the restriction of data processing: in this case, we will only keep your information for the exercise or defense of possible claims.
Right to object to the processing of your data: we will stop processing personal data, except if we have to continue processing for legitimate reasons or for the exercise or defense of possible claims.
Right to request the transfer of your data to another controller, if you want your data to be processed by another data controller, if technically possible.
Right not to be subject to decisions that have been made without human intervention, only by the automatic processing of your data.
If you have given your consent for us to process your data, you should know that you can withdraw it at any time by contacting us without providing explanations. The withdrawal of consent will not affect the legality of the processing we have done before you withdraw it.

Child Use Policy
Our services are intended only for individuals over fourteen (14) years old. We do not intentionally collect information from individuals under fourteen (14) years old. If you are a parent, guardian, or legal representative and believe that a minor has provided personal data through the application, please contact us by sending an email to info@kamleon.com.
