INFORMATION ON CONSENT

For more information on the processing of personal data carried out by the data controller, please refer to the privacy policy.

For the use of the Kamleon urinary device (hereinafter the "Device") and to receive the results of the analyses carried out, it is necessary for the user of the Device (hereinafter the "User") to authorize the processing of the physiological data necessary for this treatment.

The data controller (hereinafter the "Controller") will depend on the entity managing the data collected by the Device:

a) When the Device is owned by the User or directly managed by Kamleon, the Controller is:

IdentityJungle Ventures, S.L. (hereinafter "Kamleon")

NIF (National Identification Number)B55748586

Postal addressAvenida Paisos catalans, 18, 43007 Tarragona (Tarragona)

Email address info@kamleon.com

b) When the Device is managed by an entity that has registered the User, allowing them to link the Device to their profile and access the generated data, the data controller will be the entity identified as the managing entity of the Device at the time of linkage.

In this scenario, Kamleon will process user data as a data processor.

When a User profile has Devices linked from different managing entities, each of them will be responsible for the data they process. In this regard, we inform you that Device managers only access information collected from the Device or Devices they manage and will not access information generated on other Devices that may be linked to the User's profile.

Each time the User's profile is linked to a Device from a new Controller, it will be necessary for the User to authorize this Controller and provide new consent on the terms indicated here.

If you are interested in using the Device, you should know that:

The processing of physiological data will be governed by the provisions of this document, the information of which is expanded in the privacy policy.

For each use the User makes of a Device, they will receive in their User profile the result of the urine analysis with values such as hydration percentage, electrolytes, or urine volume, these values are calculated taking into account the sample obtained in the Device.

The aim is to provide the User and the Device Controller with basic information on important physical parameters relevant to physical well-being that allows detecting patterns or anomalies in the data collected and alerting when values outside the ranges determined as normal for a standard person of the user's characteristics are reached.

The lawful basis for these treatments is the explicit consent provided by the user prior to linking the Device. We remind you that consent can be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the processing of data carried out prior to withdrawal. Withdrawal of consent will result in the inability to link the Device to the profile, thus stopping the analyses.

User data will be kept as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes indicated in this document and will be deleted once the purpose is fulfilled. In any case, physiological data collected by the Device and displayed in the User profile will be deleted once the profile is deactivated.

Physiological data will not be provided to third parties, except to those essential providers for the operation of the tool, who are considered data processors.
